MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, OH (TM216) — Are you ready for some winter golf!? The Chili Open Golf Classic 26th anniversary is set to tee off on February 25th .
What’s that you say? Not a golf fan? No biggie. The real action is inside at he charity auction which is being held at the Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds as well.
Put together by the Strongsville Rotary Club, and sponsored by a number of local businesses, you’ll be greeted with a thank you bag at the door containing this years t-shirt and an assortment of gifts to fiddle with. During this time… an all you can eat/drink extravaganza.
Yes you read that right. ALL YOU CAN EAT AND DRINK!!!
There is a 50/50 and raffles every hour. All while a host of local celebrities auction off awesome packages, ranging from ultimate vacations to high end vehicle leases. I’ve personally won autographed footballs, ski packages, and an assortment of goodies. There’s something for everyone.
The proceeds go to a number of local charities including Applewood Centers, Camp Cheerful, Youth Challenge Sports and many more. For a short bio of each charity as well as the list of sponsors visit chiliopen.com.
