Looking for a place to eat downtown? There are plenty of concert’s just announced whether it be Lady Gaga which goes on sale this weekend,or perhaps some others like Kings of Leon adding a stop at Blossom, the iconic duel headline of  U2 and OneRepublic at First Energy Stadium, and Hall of Famer Billy Joel announced as the major artist set to play Progressive Field.

This may be your pre-concert fill up:

Vincenza’s Pizza: 603 Prospect Ave, Cleveland

phone: (216) 241-8382

Are you currently right in the heart of downtown Cleveland, you can’t go wrong with Vincenza’s Pizza and Pasta. This not so hidden gem is an absolute favorite from those living and eating in the downtown area. Rave reviews on social media will tell you, this is a slice that you will be thinking about seconds on. That said, if you happen to be coming into town for a ball game… this is also one to keep on event/game nights. Hold off on the ballpark hot dog and enjoy some fresh Italian prior to watching Lebron, Francisco, or Haden.

Sweet Basil Pizzeria: 26235 Center Ridge Rd, Westlake

phone: (440) 899-1899

Looking to take your pizza tasting to a whole new level of experience, you may have found your spot. Sweet Basil opened up the year that I graduated High School, and I can say without a doubt, that they make the grade. With pizza made from scratch the day that you order, you almost feel as if you have taken a journey to Italy. The stone deck oven adds a touch of flair to your slice of Italy.
